How I work

No case studies yet. Here's exactly what you'd get instead.

Llmination is new. Rather than dress up someone else's numbers as my own, here is the whole engagement written out — the ninety-day plan, what lands in your inbox, what it costs, what you own, and what happens if it isn't working.

Where things stand

I'd rather tell you this up front than have you find out later

Most marketing sites you'll look at this week lead with a wall of logos and a testimonial carousel. I don't have those yet, and inventing them would be a strange way to start a relationship built on trusting me with your visibility.

So here's the trade. You don't get social proof from me right now — you get an unusual amount of detail about the actual work, a free audit you keep regardless, a ninety-day runway instead of a twelve-month contract, and full ownership of everything built along the way. If it isn't working, you leave with the assets and I've lost more than you have.

The first few clients get the version of me with the most time and the most to prove. That's worth something, and it doesn't last.

The first 90 days

What actually happens, week by week

Roughly thirty minutes of your time a month after the first fortnight. The rest is mine.

The audit call

We get on a call and I pull your business up live — where you rank, where you sit in the map pack, how fast your site is on a phone, and whether ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity mention you when someone asks for a business like yours. You leave with a written summary of what I found and a straight answer on whether I'm the right spend for you right now. If I'm not, I'll say so and point you somewhere better. You keep the write-up either way.

Deep dive & the plan

One longer conversation about your best customers, your margins, and the jobs you actually want more of — because ranking for the wrong phrase is worse than not ranking at all. I come back with a written ninety-day plan naming specific keywords, specific pages, specific competitors, and what I expect to move first. You approve it before anything ships.

03
Weeks 2–12 · hands off

Build & optimise

This is where I disappear and work. Technical fixes, page builds, Google Business Profile rebuild, schema and entity markup, citation cleanup, content, review workflow. You get a short note each week listing what shipped — no jargon, no dashboard homework. Technical and profile fixes generally move soonest; content and authority take longer. You'll get my honest read on the timeline for your situation on the audit call rather than an average borrowed from someone else's client base.

Ongoing · 30 min/month

Report, refine, repeat

A one-page report and a fifteen-minute call each month: what came in, where it came from, what I'm doing next, and what I got wrong. Search shifts constantly — AI answers especially — so the plan gets adjusted rather than repeated. Month-to-month from here, thirty days' notice, no auto-renew.

Deliverables

What actually lands in your inbox

Three things, on a schedule. Nothing you have to log in to chase.

A weekly note

Four or five lines every Friday listing what shipped that week and what's queued next. Written by me, readable in under a minute, no attachments.

A one-page monthly report

Calls, forms, and where each came from. Map-pack and organic position changes. Whether AI assistants named you this month. One page, plain English, plus a fifteen-minute call to talk it through.

A live dashboard

Open it whenever you like, or never. Rankings, call tracking and form attribution update continuously. It exists so you can verify what I tell you, not so you have another login to manage.

Ownership

Everything I build is yours from day one

The most common way small businesses get trapped isn't a bad contract — it's waking up to find the website sits on the agency's platform, the Google Business Profile is under the agency's account, and leaving means starting over. That doesn't happen here.

  • Your domain, registered to you, in your registrar account
  • Your hosting, your bill, your logins from the first day
  • Google Business Profile owned by you — I'm added as a manager, and you can remove me in two clicks
  • Every keyword list, audit document, content draft and tracking setup handed over on request, at any time
  • Analytics and call-tracking accounts in your name, not mine
  • If we part ways, nothing walks out the door with me except my own notes

Money

What it costs, before you ask

Published because making you sit through a call to find out the price is a tactic, not a business model.

Local SEO

From $850/mo

The foundation for most local businesses. Map pack, neighbourhood search, profile, reviews, technical fixes.

AI Search Optimization

From $650/mo

Standalone or bolted onto local SEO. Entity markup, answer-shaped content, monthly visibility checks across engines.

Website build

From $3,200 one-time

Only when the current site is genuinely holding you back. Often it isn't, and I'll tell you so.

Ninety-day initial runway, then month-to-month with thirty days' notice. No auto-renew, no cancellation fee, no charge for the audit.

The awkward question

And if it isn't working?

Ninety days in, we look at the numbers together. If the calls and forms haven't moved and I can't give you a specific, credible reason why — plus what I'd change — then you should stop paying me. I'll say that on the call rather than make you raise it.

You keep the site, the profile, the content, the logins and the documentation. Cancelling costs thirty days' notice and nothing else. I'd rather lose a client cleanly and keep the reputation than hold someone in a contract they've mentally left.
